B2B Telesales Agent – Remote working
Excellent opportunity to join our team representing a Global market leader in the Telecoms Industry selling Fixed and Mobile services into the Irish B2B segment.
Candidate Requirements
- Highly motivated and sales driven both independently and within a team
- Proven track record of performing in a sales role
- Contact Centre / Field Sales experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience of telecoms industry is preferable
- Must have competent IT skills
- Flexible in relation to duties
Role Requirement
- Representing a Global telecoms company in a professional manner
- Cold and Warm calling prospects and existing customers
- Outbound and Inbound call handling
- Understand customer requirements and offer them a solution from the entire product portfolio to meet their expectations
- Identify, maximise and convert sales opportunities
- Objection handing customer sales queries to deliver optimised results
- Meet targets and KPI’s in a fast paced environment
- The successful candidate must have fast landline or fibre broadband available at their place of work
- Training and equipment will be provided
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Remuneration
- €23,000 Basic Salary
- €20,000 Bonus Structure
